result of a bad dinner

ok to make thing short i send a email to sushi king marketing deparment for their superbly bad service these is what i wrote:

i have always been a regular customer for sushi king. never before had i encounter such a bad service form the stuff in my visit to youre store. which brings me to my point for writing these email. During my recent visit to sushi king in jusco malacca, i was force to wait for a table while there was a empty table. the stuff told me the table was reserve. finaly after waiting for 10 minutes the waitress ask me to sit down at the table that was suppose to be "reserve". When i finaly got my sit i decided to write alittle comment about the outlet so i ask for a pen from the waitress, half way writing the waitress ask for her pen back. The problem didnt end there, when to food was serve the udon noddle that i ordered was wrong. So the i told the waitress the problem and she took back the wrong order while i assume she will bring me what i wanted. moments later the waitress who took my order actually came to my table and told me that it was my fault that i didnt listen to her when she repeat my order and im force to eat the wrong order. I would agree with her it was part my fault but what ever happen to sushi king stuff being polite. It was partly her fault from not hearing my order correctly in the first place that made up this mess. I hope in the future bad service such as this wont happen again.
