Its that time of the year again, snowflakes, a fat guy with a red suit trying to break in to your house and plus lots of present. So far plans are not really set yet, but looks like ill be heading out to singapore for this christmas. The ussual ritual my parent been doing since .... cant remember when but its been going for pretty long. Last year i miss out on the trip by deciding to stay back in melaka to work. Yeah tripple pay.. was pretty kinda cool. Well close your eyes take a deep breathe and you be seeing me talking bout next year xmas. How times really flies. Quick update on whats happening at my office. Tier3 team decided to go rebelious, all the team except the one that just join already hand in thier resignation letter. For our Tier2 team 2 of the gals are quiting. I have no idea why but this people that are quiting seem like been hainging around with themself and making the rest of the people seem like thier ermmm how to put it.. bad guys. One hour plus lunch plus regular break in between work time seem to be thier way of showing how they work. Somehow it creates this environment where people dont really bother to put in any efford to work if u know what i mean. Well in 3 month times all this people will be gone. By then everything will be back to normal or atleast i hope so. If i had it my way lol ill already sack this bunch of people and bring in new blood. There are plenty alot of fresh grad out there who is eager to show what they have. Then again im not the boss lol. The company gona have a gift exchange session on xmas lunch, guess who i got to buy present for. The MD driver. Sad case... Next week ill be going to the orpahnage to help out distribute gift , the day wen ill do this kind of stuff lol. Count down to Xmas.....5 more day!!! Normaly around this time of year most of the people in office will turn on thier slacking mode since the mood is just right. In my case its worst since those problem report just keep coming in and there is no one to handle it beside the new guy ahemmm yours truely "moi". Anyway here is a few things not to do during this festive period on your work day.
