Post CNY, Drunk, loose money but piss off happy

Its been a very lay back week for me atleast. Took 2 day break to make it 1 week since my company offer wednesday as a public holiday. Well before i start need to tell u guys i had atleast 4 glass of whisky in my blood right now. But i still havent forgoten the promise i made to a person. Here is the pic i own you. Sorry i cant send it at that day it self... some how i need to configure my phone to make it gprs enable. So its been a great week indeed. Even when it ment loosing money to your fren. Like wen zyn say, as long as everyone happy. So i decided to stay anoter day at malacca which push back my journey back to kl to sunday. Somehow malacca wont be the same with the bunch of fren you use to hang out with. When u think of it this are the people that keep you going, looking forward to the weekend, gettting you thru the hardtimes. I wonder how many of this people feel the same way but i guess the reason why we still stick around makes it a strong reason enough. Cheers to you guys, its been really a fun time this years and i hope it will last as long as it can. Back to what happen during the week, started out with family dinner, eventualy everyone left during the 3rd day of cny. After that is nothing more than sleeping and eating. I think i actualy gain 1kg from this holiday but seems like everything going to my stomach instead of distributing everywhere. Yeah you can imagine me, a skinny guy with beer belly....... nothing like a few sit up can fix. Alrite its 4 am coming to 5 am. Need to get some sleep already. Lets hope its gonna be a smooth sailing year for everyone who is born in the pig year. choa~

Gong Hei Fatt Choi~

Its that time of the year again where couple show their love to each other buying expensive gift to each other and treating to overprice dinner sets. Before you guys think im some grumpy single guy who cant take it seeing couples being happy, nope its not the case. Just feel abit cheated for the poor guy who have to spend (like it or not) to show a token of his love to the girlfriend. Credit to those people who found out that it doesn’t really need to be on the 14 of feb to buy something for your love one. So I decided to dig deeper to see where did all this V-day thingie started out. Turns out that it was originated from a pagan celebration, then ended up being switch over to st valentine day just to keep the tradition going. Yeah most of the European thinks that birds will find their mate on this day itself. Just a quick summarize of the origin. Don’t want to celebrate it blindly without knowing what’s it about.

Right now come to a day where all Chinese celebrate. Im not really some old fashion guy, but I kind of like this Chinese new year mood. Its has this Christmas mood but in a very Chinese way. Yeah that’s the best way I know how to put it. Well the ‘lazy’ plague has been spreading fast in my office with productivity level drooping to near negative value. Cant really blame those people, I guess our program decided to generate less problem during the festive season. Before I sign off , like to wish you guys (gona sound damn Chinese) “Every job you change get to meet nice boss, Every month get bonus, Less MC this year, Every traffic light u pass is green, Every time lunch time is 2hour and lastly be happy and healthy” Gong hei Gong hei!

Long Week

Its been a long month for January, well atleast it felt like it. A full 31 day started out with us picking up the pace back with all the holidays behind us now. Cases are pouring in for the first few weeks and before we knew what hit us, management decided to burden us with restructuring. No only now we dont know who are we reporting too, QA job who is suppose to be done by some other person are assign to us. Not to mention that we have to spoon feed those so call programer which is suppose to safe us from all this doom gloom shit with the area where the codes are require to change and sometimes the actual piece of the correct codes needed. Yup i guess that enough to make you feel a month is a long long time.

Must be wondering now whats with the phone up there, its the new phone i just got myself. Thanks to suang from singapore, DHL it over which brings me to another part. This phone actual price was RM600++ after conversion but it took me an extra 400 just to get it done thru the right way (Which is using any courier service and thru custom) Custom decided to cash in on the phone with 10% of the estimated value. Then they decided to hold my shipment till i get an import permit from SIRIM. So it took me about a week, went to SIRIM got the permit which cost me another whooping RM275. Then when all the red tape are done guess who decided to come in and pump my my blood pressure. Yup DHL the people you think that gona send to your house without any nonsense.

Eventualy i got my phone and all is forgiven. But to think that this kind of service are in a company with such big reputation.... proff to people that no matter what company is doing thier business here as long as you have those malaysian attitude i guess it will still be a coconut country. Well thats all guys, will try to slot in a chinese new year post around next week. Till then u guys take care.
